Process and Automation Management
Map, develop, and test business processes and automations
Creating a business process involves identifying a specific task or series of tasks that need to be completed to achieve a particular goal. My process typically includes the following steps:
Identify the Need: Determine the specific problem or inefficiency within the organization that requires a solution.
Map the Process: Outline the current workflow, including all steps, stakeholders, and resources involved.
Define Objectives: Establish clear goals for what the process should achieve, such as increased efficiency, reduced errors, or cost savings.
Design the Solution: Create a detailed plan of what the process would look like and assess if automation is possible.
Develop the automation: using apps like Zapier or Power Automate to automated tasks and processes
Testing and Feedback: Conduct thorough testing of the process or automation to ensure it meets the defined objectives and gather feedback from users.
Implement the process: Create step-by-step documentions with detailed explantion for training purposes.
Monitor and Optimize: Continuously assess automations' performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
